Service Checklist

Dusting: Dusting of surfaces throughout the home, including furniture, shelves, countertops, picture frames, and other visible surfaces. This involves removing dust, cobwebs, and other debris using appropriate tools.

Vacuuming and/or Sweeping: Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and dust. Sweeping or dry mopping of hard floors to remove loose dirt and debris.

Mopping: Wet mopping or damp mopping of hard floors using appropriate cleaning solutions to remove stains, spills, and sticky residues.

Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and stovetops. Wiping down appliances such as the microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Cleaning the exterior of kitchen cabinets and spot-cleaning any visible stains.

Bathroom Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and mirrors. Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom countertops and wiping down bathroom cabinets. Removing soap scum, mineral deposits, and mold or mildew.

Glass and Mirror Cleaning: Cleaning glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors to remove fingerprints, smudges, and streaks for a clear and sparkling finish.

Dusting and Wiping Surfaces: Wiping down surfaces such as tables, countertops, and appliances in living areas and bedrooms to remove dust and dirt.

Bed Making: Straightening and making beds, including changing linens, if requested or necessary.

Trash Removal: Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins throughout the home.

General Tidying: General tidying of living areas, including arranging pillows, folding blankets, and organizing small items.

Floor Cleaning: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors to remove debris, dirt, and stains. This includes cleaning various types of flooring such as carpet, hardwood, vinyl, or tile.

Restroom Cleaning and Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, mirrors, and fixtures. Restocking toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.

Trash Removal: Emptying and replacing trash bags in designated containers throughout the facility, including common areas, workspaces, and restrooms.

Window and Glass Cleaning: Cleaning and polishing windows, glass partitions, and other glass surfaces to ensure a clean and streak-free appearance.

Dusting and Cobweb Removal: Dusting surfaces, including furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other visible areas, to remove dust, cobwebs, and allergens.

Kitchen/Break Room Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen or break room areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, microwaves, refrigerators, and communal areas. This includes wiping down surfaces, emptying and cleaning coffee machines, and maintaining cleanliness in eating areas.

Disinfection and Sanitization: Applying appropriate disinfectants to high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, elevator buttons, and handrails, to reduce the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
